At the heart of the Klybeck Campus

The Klybeck Campus is part of Klybeckplus, one of Switzerland’s largest urban transformation projects, developed by Swiss Life, Rhystadt, and the Canton of Basel-Stadt.

Covering more than 300,000 m², this new sustainable district will eventually host residents, jobs, shops, green spaces and cultural venues, creating a vibrant and fully connected environment.

Thanks to an innovative energy concept — using the Rhine, seasonal geothermal systems and photovoltaic production — the campus offers an exemplary setting that is firmly focused on the future.

By settling at Walter Klybeck, users benefit from a dynamic ecosystem that fosters encounters, collaboration and the emergence of new projects at the heart of a district undergoing major transformation.
